The Naregatsi Art Institute hosted the opening ceremony of the 2nd "Yeghegan Pogh" Pan-Armenian Competition-Festival of Shvi players and Trumpeters (Artistic Director: Helbert Asatyan).
The Nova Folk Instrument Ensemble and the winners of the 1st "Yeghegan Pogh" Pan-Armenian Competition-Festival of 2021 performed at the event.

The festival will be held in 2 rounds. The first round will be held in all marzes of the Republic of Armenia (08.06.2023-19.06.2023), the second round: in Yerevan (20.06.2023-25.06.2023).

The grand winner of the festival will be given a musical instrument as a prize. During the competition-festival, the winners of the first to third places will also receive prizes.

The start of the “Yeghegan Pogh" Pan-Armenian Competition-Festival was given in 2021.

This year the 2nd "Yeghegan Pogh" Pan-Armenian Competition-Festival is organized for shvi players and trumpeters.
