Naregatsi Art Institute hosted the event entitled “Portrait: Khachatur Avetisyan”.

Musicologist Mariam Eloyan gave an introductory speech.

During the evening was presented biographical information about the composer.

The Nova Folk Instruments Ensemble (Artistic Director: Helbert Asatryan) performed the orchestral works by Khachatur Avetisyan.

The event was held ahead of Khachatur Avetisyan’s 100th anniversary.
